Sexagenarian School Runescape's first new mode in years is a loyal CO-op odyssey

Introduced in 2014, Ironman mode Army of the Righteou Old School Runescape players test their luck with an entirely independent challenge. Now, the throwback MMO will allow you share that load with a full company, letting you and your friends taking along the world together without any help from outsiders.

Announced today, Grouping Ironman is the first major spirited mode to hit Old School Runescape in half a decade. A twist on the existing Ironman/Ironwoman modes, Group keeps many of the like restrictions (no trading, no more drops from other player's kills, no XP when assisted past other players, no grand exchange) aimed at devising your character entirely ego-sufficient, but extends those restrictions  to a group of players rather than just one.

Inside the group, you stern share equipment and items freely, with mutual depot. But outside those social walls, the normal Ironman rules practice, and you can't get help from other players. Information technology sounds like a more sociable, less daunting room to try one of the game's harder challenges, and it's something Old Civilize Runescape players were asking for.

In a press bring out, Jagex stated that Group Iron man was one of the most voted-for new additions in OSRS story. Existence a deliberately unhappy client, updates in OSRS are voted for by the community, and are only added if they cross a 75% approval threshold. Jagex estimates around 140,000 players voted for Chemical group Iron man, with an 80% blessing rate making it an easy in.

Group Iron man can be enabled mid-way through and through tutorial island, with you and your deep-laid adventuring buds get together at the Iron Coach happening The Node.
